Robert L. Fitton, II , obtained his Virginia Real Estate License in 1979 after graduating from James Madison University in 1979 with a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration.
Robert’s real estate and building experience began in 1983 when he began in the real estate appraisal business working with numerous lenders and new home builders. In 1986 Robert founded his own appraisal firm to work exclusively with major home builder lenders throughout the Metropolitan Washington D.C. area. Robert achieved the exclusive SRA designation in 1989 from the Society of Real Estate Appraisers.
Robert joined the ranks of Equity Homes in 1991 to assist them with land acquisition and marketing. He later became Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 1993. He assisted Equity Homes in their growth expansion for the next several years to be promoted to Executive Vice President in 1999 to oversee all Sales and Marketing and Land Acquisition operations. Robert extended his career at Equity Homes later to become President and Chief Executive Officer in 2003, and was involved in the creation and implementation of products and deliveries in excess of 2000 homes annually and was responsible for achieving annual sales volume of $230 million in 2005.
In February of 2008, Robert founded Monogram Homes, LLC, a homebuilder focused on building luxury homes throughout upscale Northern Virginia neighborhoods.
With multiple years experience in the Real Estate related field Robert joined up with a Top Ranked Metro DC Real Estate Team in 2013 to assist with Sales and Marketing of Luxury Homes, Land Sales, and representing other New Home builders.
Robert is a licensed Class A Contractor and has been involved in the construction of multiple homes and the development of land including the management of the engineering process and local government approvals.
Robert purchased a property on the Eastern Shore in 2005 and has been enamored with area ever since.
Robert specializes in working with clients in Selling or Purchasing Luxury Properties, Land and New Construction.
Robert’s additional interests include boating, hunting, fishing, golf and tennis.
Robert is also a proud Compatriot Member of the Sons of the American Revolution.
