After high school, Rick attended Chesapeake College, the University of Maryland, and Salisbury State University. In his last year at the University of Maryland, Rick earned his real estate license. He worked primarily on the Western Shore until he moved back to Easton in 1986. Since then, although most of his business has been in Talbot County, Rick has listed and sold properties in Caroline, Queen Anne’s and Dorchester counties.

Rick is a full-time agent who enjoys studying Civil War history, painting, pen and ink drawing, and photography. His photos have been exhibited at the Annual Waterfowl Festival which is held during the second weekend of November in Easton.

Robert’s real estate and building experience began in 1983 when he began in the real estate appraisal business working with numerous lenders and new home builders. In 1986 Robert founded his own appraisal firm to work exclusively with major home builder lenders throughout the Metropolitan Washington D.C. area. Robert achieved the exclusive SRA designation in 1989 from the Society of Real Estate Appraisers.

Robert joined the ranks of Equity Homes in 1991 to assist them with land acquisition and marketing. He later became Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 1993. ​In 1991, I met a girl and moved to Caroline County where I still reside. I have been blessed with three daughters and a grandson. I enjoy fishing and hunting with my “Little Man,” our chocolate lab, Nestle’.

Melissa has been a Realtor for over 30 years. Growing up in St Louis, Missouri, Melissa’s father owned his own Real Estate brokerage, and was the Leader of the Missouri Real Estate Commission; so Real Estate has truly been a part of her life forever.
