Mark is a Talbot County and Eastern Shore native. He retired as CEO of a major international trade association and has a Law Degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
Throughout his life, Mark has served on a number of professional Boards to include: the Mid Shore Board of REALTORS, Inc.; the Mid-Atlantic Cancer Support Center; the Parent Advisory Council of the College of Charleston; and the Board of Trustees of Trinity Pawling School.
Currently, Mark is an active volunteer at the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of the Mid-Shore.
Personally, Mark and his wife, Pamela, live in the community of Cooke's Hope, in Easton.
