Janice Bumbry is a Maryland Realtor with a passion for helping people and a natural gift for truly understanding each client’s specific needs. With years of experience in the marketing world, Janice understands the value of being able to share a vision for your property with potential clients, and then making it a reality. Understanding the needs of her buyers and sellers is integral to her work, and being able to fulfill those home goals, from a place of integrity, commitment and determination, is her ultimate driver. Janice strives to keep her clients happy and stress-free, all while guiding them through an enjoyable real estate process.
When she’s not helping her real estate clients, Janice can be found teaching yoga, as she has for many years, or spending time as a fabulous dog-mom to her Havanese fur baby, Gracie Mae. She and her husband, Steven, live in Lutherville, where Steven owns and operates two wellness businesses.
